Trust, transparency and dialogue are the principles I believe in and on which I build my relationship with the client.
Personal contact with the client is an essential instrument in order to understand the goals to achieve and the client’s personal interests.
Dialogue: when I receive an appointment, I like to talk with the client to ask all the questions which allow me to understand which could be the best solution, thus ensuring the client a true tailor made service.
Trust: the relationship with the client must be based on mutual trust and for this reason I feel obliged to inform the client of all potential risks.
Transparency: I like to provide the client with the utmost transparency in the performance of my tasks by means of constant updates of even the most recent provisions and case laws.
The fee structure is managed in a clear and transparent way from the very first appointment, during which the fees are agreed together with the client.
